Robin, Kid Flash and Artemis from Young Justice.

Okay, so let me just say this wasn’t intentional. Basically I told a friend back in December that when I had time to draw her a sketch request, I’d tell her. So I recently let her know and her request was, “Robin and Kid Flash pranking Artemis”. I chose the whoopee cushion because it’s a classic… and farts are still funny, right?

So I started sketching this and I thought “This would be better with two panels”, so I did four. Don’t ask me how that happened.

Anyway, it’s still really rough, but damn I had fun drawing this. I love drawing Artemis, her body works so well with force and weight. I draw her chunkier than they have her in the show because I’d like to think she’s really athletic and strong after years of training with her douchebag father.

Yes, I know Kid Flash could easily outrun Artemis, which is why he’s leaving with the blame on Robin.

WATEVS! I’m tired.

……now I’m totally seeing them having these type of nights even as dudes….

…you know, the four of those guys sitting around Conner’s room, reading girl magazines and watching chic flicks they THEY TOTALLY BORROWED FROM M’GANN’S ROOM THEY DIDN’T GET IT THEMSELVES THEY SWEAR, and Robin will totally be reading all the “love tips” out aloud, and Kaldur will be inspecting the pictures of makeup and nail polish before he goes off to call Roy and the four of them will talk to him on the phones for hours and telling him all about the love story they watching (no, Wally did not tear up during the Notebook, he YAWNED - shut up, Dick).

#meanwhile the girls will be out in the living room watching the sports channel and yelling at the referees when there’s a bad call being made #and they’ll be eating all the food #and once they get bored with sports they’ll watch some high testosterone movies with action and cars and steroids everywhere#and then they’ll laugh and congratulate each other on getting the ’ Touch-down ’ with their respective men #and later theyll go to Conner’s room and end up laughing their head off at the boys as they are trying to discover the secrets of nail polish

Have I mentioned that I love this fandom lately?
