I haven’t drawn a lot this year, which has really put me down. But I think I have a fairly decent grasp on my pen for the time being. The only thing I can do right now is hold on tight, push through, and most importantly-

Because the world deserves to see my precious babies!
But really I just want to post pictures of cute animals. And I have plenty.
So Jac finally got Myrel. Thought I’d put my poor gerbil in a safe place, but lo, Jac was very determined. Her determination also knocked my beta off the shelf and killed him as well.

My tablet is still out of commission. I downloaded the new driver and everything and still nothing. The light momentarily comes on when I start up my computer, but after that - nothing.

I was finally going to start the valentine’s picture I’ve been thinking of for a while, but when I plugged my tablet in the light didn’t come on and it still isn’t even after I restarted my computer and I think I might cry because what if my tablet has died!! D8

And Jac sleeps like the dead
Apparently Jac has abandonment issues because after getting back from my two week drill she’s been very cuddly.
She used to only let me pet her and stayed in my lap only if my hand was actively moving in the way she wanted, now she even sleeps with me and is almost always at my feet.
I’m so happy. First cat to do this in… Idk, something like five years….

Because he was explaining how they have waterproof keyboards to make cleaning easier. And I got really excited! And was ready to add going to a computer store to my list of things to do tomorrow!

That I’m training on classified programs not (legally) available in the civilian world and dealing with classified information, and yet I have my sketch book out drawing YJ human/animal hybrids and appear to have no interest in the training what so ever…
